These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RelayEQ platform ("RelayEQ", "the Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

RelayEQ is an AI-assisted recruitment workspace that helps organisations create vacancy posts, collect applications, and analyse candidates to support shortlisting decisions. RelayEQ provides decision support only — hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the employer.

2. Accounts & organisations

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. Each organisation's data is isolated from other organisations. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the users you invite to your organisation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it, including by attempting to access other organisations' data, uploading unlawful content, or using candidate data for any purpose other than legitimate recruitment.

4. AI analysis & fairness

RelayEQ uses AI to summarise, score and provide feedback on candidates. AI output may contain errors or bias and must not be the sole basis for any decision. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable employment, equality and anti-discrimination laws.

5. Candidate data

Where you collect candidate information through RelayEQ, you act as the data controller for that information and are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it and for providing candidates with appropriate privacy information. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party AI processing

To deliver AI features, content you submit may be processed by a third-party, GDPR-compliant AI provider. By using these features you acknowledge and consent to this processing as part of the application and review workflow.

7. Availability & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for hiring decisions made using the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
